Project was managed from start to finish by PJS Interiors, including planning, architect drawings and structural calculations
Ground floor reconfiguration which included removing internal structural walls to create one larger living space and the relocation of the downstairs w.c.
Strip out of existing fixtures and fittings
Installation of new structural steel, complete with concrete footings
New window in kitchen and installation of crittel effect french double doors & installation of one additional velux window
Complete rewire of electrics and installation of new light and plug sockets
Plasterboard, Plumbing, Carpentry, Decoration
Installation of new Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring
Tiling of downstairs w.c & installation of fixtures and fittings
