We have been maintaining, building and renovating Commercial and Residential properties for over 25 years, specialising in all property styles including office interiors, shop fronts, commercial fit-outs, commercial maintenance, student lets, listed buildings and properties in conservation areas to modernise and create energy-efficient properties

  • Landlord approvals, H&S compliance needs, detailed design, IT and Technical co-ordination needs, detailed specification, cost plan and security needs.
  • Hands-on Project Trades, Site Manager, Risk Management, Furniture Supplier and installation, relocation management, quality control and handover, ongoing support.
  • Facilities Maintenance
  • We also have a maintenance service for landlords and letting agencies. We have worked on many students let properties bringing them up to date with current H.M.O or house with multiple occupancy legislation and getting them ready for the new tenants.
  • Providing comprehensive facilities maintenance and facilities management service to built environments in Hampshire and Sussex, encompassing routine servicing, ad-hoc maintenance and on-call engineers.
  • Our service packages manage the life cycle, condition, function and legislative compliance status of a wide range of assets to help operations run with maximum efficiency. Through planned preventative maintenance, delivered by our directly employed workforce, we prevent breakdowns and anticipate repair and renewal needs to help keep our clients’ costs down.
  • For complete peace of mind, we also provide a reactive maintenance service-With helpdesk support and call-outs to meet client requirements.

CHARITY WORK

PJS IN THE COMMUNITY

Once a year our team choose a charity and we get together to raise as much money as we can.  One of our favourite days was sending Peter Seabrook (Director) and his brother’s to do a Tandem Jump to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK and raising an amazing £3,608.00.  Any suggestions for events and charities are always welcome.
